Take a fine French Bordeaux barrel, age Virginia wine in it, then use it to mature Catoctin Creek’s 1757 Brandy, then fill it with Grade A Medium maple syrup, and you’ve got Brandy Time!
Six months on oak have infused the syrup with a woody, roasted flavor accented by a hint of grape and a taste of brandy.
